Christopher Loubier I have recieved a package for him arround Christmas time... my neighbor signed for it from DHL thinking it was my husband... I cant return to sender becuase it was send over night.. and I cant get the sender to answer the phone that she listed on the customs form... if you know this person please let me know... I believe he's Army becuase my husband who is USAF looked him up in the global email and couldnt find him.. Thanks so much

Have you tried facebook? I just looked and there is only 4 on there... so it wouldn't be too hard to copy and paste a quick message to find out if it is the right person. Good Luck! 

Wouldn't it be @us.army.mil? Don't have AKO right now but can you not have an army person look him up on the white pages? 

There is no Christopher Loubier listed on AKO. Might be someone's dependent???
