are you suppossed to tip them? is it like getting a hair cut where they have to pay a fee to work tthere and mostlyt work on tips? 

I tip them if they do a good job. Not sure if they have to pay a fee to work there, but I doubt they get paid a good salary. Curious to hear what others do. 

I usually leave a lil something. Depending on how many services I had done and how well they did and I was treated. If I feel they weren't very welcoming or rushed me, then I won't leave much if any. I don't think tips should be expected, u should earn them....regardless of how much u make hourly. 

The Wellness Spa in Landstuhl has little piggy banks for each of the workers, so that you can tip them discretely. I always try to tip, considering that my waxer sees a very personal side of me lol. 

I tip for a job well done. If i'm satisfied i tip, if not they don't get extra.
