i do love ben harper there are always underground hiphop shows around luxembourg, i am heading out there in april to see dan le sac vs scroobius pip. motorhead plays out here a lot, dropkick murphys, zz top, you just gotta learn a little german to read the ticket websites =) 

www.pollstar.com is a great source of info. Also, if you go to the pop shop in K-town, they have a lot of info on concerts, and you can buy your tickets there for most of them. We get our Rock Am Ring tickets there.
